I am a PhD student at Selva lab at the University of Bristol, working on manipulative experiments of tree seedlings under climate extremes. In particular, I am interested in understanding which seedling species and populations are best able to survive and recover from drought and heat stress, what effect repeated stress has on seedling function, and what are the legacy effects post-drought. Before starting my PhD I completed an undergrad in Biology here in Bristol, with a focus on ecology and plant science.

When not in the lab I'm probably cycling to something - my allotment, volleyball practice, a political protest, a new camping spot... or a place to wild swim.
