Our people
Working together to understand how the world’s forests are changing
We are an eclectic group of people with a diverse range of backgrounds, interests and expertise – ranging from field ecology, remote sensing, computer science, modelling and even design. What brings us together is a shared fascinations with the natural world. As a group we collectively aim to better understand the processes that govern how ecosystems function and use this knowledge to positively impact the world we live in. Most of our work is focused on forest ecology and conservation, but we have also been know to dabble in invasion ecology, coastal ecosystem restoration and conservation prioritization. Below you can find more information on current and past members of Selva lab. If you are interested in our research and would like to explore opportunities to work together, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
